Tricky Tracks, Trails, & Traces
Have you ever found a trail of tracks in the snow? Tracks come in all sizes and shapes and can tell us an interesting story. We’ll learn about tracks through matching games, stories, an art project, and then meet some animals that leave tracks!

Valentine’s Sweets
Take a tour of the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory's "sweeties" – plants that make foods taste sweet. We'll learn about (and taste) carob, sugar cane, chocolate, dates, and more! Find out how these plants are used and then use them to make some Valentine's sweets.

Dino-mite!

Leapin’ Lemurs
Which primate snorts like a pig, has a dog-like nose, participates in "stink-fights" and jumps easily from branch to branch? Leapin' lemurs! Meet a primate zookeeper, visit our blue-eyed black lemurs and sing a lemur song as we spend a fun class learning about these unique Madagascar natives.

Yuck & Stuff
Did you know that some plants smell like rotten meat to attract beetles? Or that leaf-cutter ants poop on leaves to grow fungus to eat? Slimy, gross, ooey, gooey and yucky stuff will be the highlight of this class. We’ll make slime, meet some disgusting plants and animals, eat a “bug,” create a grotesque craft and other yucky fun!
